The Roland SPD :: ONE KICK is a new type of digital percussion pad, which allows all types of players to add bass drum and percussion sounds to their palette.

It contains 22 realistic percussion sounds: kick drums, stop boxes, shakers, bells ... And you can import your own audio samples into one of the 12 internal soundbanks available. When you've got everything set, the SPD :: ONE KICK's sturdy yet responsive pad can be played by hand, foot or drumsticks. The sensitivity of the sensors can be easily adjusted using dedicated controllers. Powered by batteries or an AC adapter, the SPD :: ONE KICK can be placed on the floor or on a table, or hung from any holder or drum rack using the included adapter. The manipulations are simple, even for musicians who are repelled by the technique: there are only four knobs to turn on the control panel to change the sound, adjust the volume, the balance ...
