45 transducer developed in Heilbronn, which delivers the best studio-quality sound, loud and powerful - on all playback devices. In addition, there is an interchangeable mini-XLR cable and redesigned ear pads, which guarantee the usual wearing comfort. The STELLAR.45 transducer, developed in Heilbronn and produced on site, delivers the proven beyerdynamic sound with unmatched performance in the studio headphone category. The reason is a powerful neodymium magnet as well as a high-tech copper-plated wire voice coil. The compromise between conductivity and wire weight is unique. In combination with the new three-layer speaker membrane with integrated damping layer, the result is an extremely efficient speaker system, which performs well on all playback devices.
The innovative structure of the diaphragm controls the axial movement of the voice coil and ensures that it is correctly positioned in the magnetic gap, even with high excursion. Another advantage is the wide and natural frequency response. The rapid transducer response along with detailed transient reproduction, due to the coil's low weight, ensures consistently reliable, distortion-free sound, even at high sound pressure levels.

The sturdy construction of the spring steel headband gives the on-ear headphones a secure fit and a long lifespan. The soft velor ear pads are as usual soft and ensure comfortable air circulation. The headband adapts ergonomically to the shape of the head thanks to the soft memory foam and can be replaced as needed, just like the ear pads.
