The lighter cup considerably improves the instrument’s responsiveness, while the new classically tapered embouchure branch with reduced venturi* facilitates delivery in all dynamics.

* Venturi is a physical effect. It appears when a fluid passes through a narrower area, causing it to accelerate. As it accelerates, its pressure drops, which can create suction.
