The British brand PMC was created in 1991 by Peter Thomas (former sound engineer for the BBC) and Adrian Loader thus offering studio monitors powered by their passion and inspired by their rich experience in the field of studio and professional sound.

After having manufactured one of their first speakers (the BB5-A) for the BBC and still used by it, PMC has become a reference for many artists and sound professionals, the brand's speakers are used by Prince , TV channels around the world, Decca, Thomas Newman and many others.

Winner of an Emmy Award for recording performance, but also known for its use on many film scores such as Titanic, Iron Man, Game of Thrones and others. This success is caused by a manual manufacture and design of the speakers. But also a manufacturing process including extensive tests on each of the components used during the design. Finally, 2 technologies designed by PMC make its monitors exceptional speakers. First of all the "Advanced Transmission Line" technology which allows the speaker to eliminate unwanted frequencies by the rear part of it. And the ATL manufacturing technology that makes PMC speakers the queens of sound pressure with sustained levels, deep bass and respect for the frequency response even at low volumes.
