The eleven sound fields of the Sela Unity Tongue Drum 13″ C Major are tuned to the natural C major scale, known for its upbeat, cheerful character.

As all the notes on the instrument harmonize with each other, a pleasing melody is formed naturally, with no risk of false notes.

The fundamental note centered on C (C3) facilitates composition and intuitive playing.

All models in the Sela Unity Tongue Drum Series are tuned to the fundamental frequency of 432 Hz (A3) and are therefore not compatible with instruments tuned to the conventional 440 Hz standard. However, they are ideal as solo instruments or in combination with other instruments tuned to 432 Hz. Often used in sound therapy and meditation, instruments tuned to 432 Hz are considered particularly suitable for relaxation, concentration and mindfulness.

Each Sela Unity Tongue Drum comes with two high-quality mallets, featuring beechwood handles and round rubber heads, for immediate playability after unpacking. Rubber feet on the underside of the instrument ensure stability, and a rubber ring protects the outer edge of the Tongue Drum from impact. Each Unity Series model is also adorned with a decorative Tonge Drum Rope, which protects the edge of the instrument while giving it a custom look.
