With the D-18 StreetLegend, Martin combines the sonic heritage of his iconic dreadnought with a uniquely patinated aesthetic.
Its Solid spruce top features visual wear inspired by historic models from the Martin Museum, for a new guitar that already has the cachet of a legendary instrument.
Solid mahogany back and sides, aged open tuners and satin-finish pickguard enhance the authentic vintage look.
In terms of sound, it delivers the balanced power typical of the dreadnought format: solid basses, bright highs and punchy mids. The Golden Era bracing in Sitka spruce (from the Modern Deluxe Series) enriches sustain and Resonance. The satin-finish neck adopts a GE Modified Low Oval profile with High Performance Taper, a 25.4" Scale length, and a refined fingerboard for modern playability while retaining classic comfort.
Supplied with its hard case, the D-18 StreetLegend embodies the soul of folk and rock, ready to write new musical chapters with character and personality.
