First introduced in 1976, the StingRay has been revered as one of the most iconic bass guitars in history.
This model was the first Series four-string bass to feature active EQ.
Music Man's flagship, today's StingRay Special is the same as it was some forty years ago and therefore benefits from serious workmanship, a high-mass hardened steel bridge, a roasted maple neck, lightweight tuners and the famous Music Man humbucking pickup.
