The specialist's opinion
The Marshall 1974X 18w is a reissue of the 1974 model, produced between 1966 and 1968.
Just like the original, the 1974X is tube-welded, with an aluminum chassis and a tremolo circuit.
Its two-channel design includes volume, tone, speed and sensitivity on the first channel, the tremolo channel, and volume and tone controls on the second channel. The 1974X's special Celestion G12M-20 Greenback has been "aged" to be as close as possible to the vintage sound of the 1974. PEDL-10034 footswitch included and optional M-COVR-00056 gig bag.
