The APE is a unique design and precise re-creation of the analog section of a famous vintage tape delay.
It's not just a preamp but the entire analog circuitry, from input to output, including the sonic influence of the tape heads.
It operates at 22.5V, like the original. For convenience, it uses a DC converter allowing you to power it with a simple standard 9v power supply.
