The Catalinbread Montavillian Echo Pedal, unlike most echo pedals, has a lot of headroom (in 18 volts) thanks to the use of an OPA2134 amplifier from Burr Brown.
The latter allows stacking with other echo effects.
It also works in a lot of situations and on a number of amps, overdrive and fuzz. The "CUT" button is a control that allows you to sweep from around 400Hz to around 1500Hz as a low pass filter.
