Mateus Asato's signature pedal, the ASABI, is a distortion and overdrive pedal that packs an impressive array of tones and is also the world's first pedal to feature analog distortion plug-ins.
The ASABI's standard distortion plug-in is called the MODERN HIGH GAIN and is a high gain, hard-clipping circuit that is based on the Marshall JCM800.
The developed technology allows you to create replaceable distortion plug-ins so that you can swap out the ASABI's distortion circuit without having to purchase a brand new pedal. These affordable plugins allow you to buy the pedal once and update it with new plugins all the time.
