The specialist's opinion
The Classic Vibe Bass VI is a bit of a hybrid instrument, produced between 1961 and 1975, taking up the concept of the Danelectro six-string bass released in 1956.
Tuned an octave lower than a normal guitar, It has been designed to make playing easier, with its comfortable thin "C" neck profile, its 9.5 "(241 mm) fingerboard radius, its narrow-tall frets and its floating bridge whose ridged saddles guarantee perfect stability strings.
This retro Classic-Vibe VI has been used by many artists, in this case Roberrt Smith in 1990, we will also see him playing with the Jazzmaster version equipped with P90. A model with a fabulous design, a typography on the head taken from the models of the 60s, a magnificent nickel-plated hardware and an elegant shiny finish of the handle whose vintage hue gives it a look that does not go unnoticed
