The Raw Vintage RV-TE Bridge Allen Hinds is a single-coil pickup designed for the bridge position of Telecasters.
The result of a collaboration between Raw Vintage and guitarist Allen Hinds, it aims to offer a vintage sound faithful to the Tele spirit, but with an extra touch of warmth and musicality.
Handcrafted in California, this pickup uses Alnico V magnets, vintage Formvar wire, and push-back fabric cabling to meet '50s standards while ensuring modern reliability. Its impedance is around 7.2 kΩ, placing it in the mid-range of classic Tele mics.
Sonically, the Allen Hinds RV-TE is particularly expressive. It retains the characteristic Telecaster brilliance, but with softer highs, prominent mids and slightly fuller bass. It responds very well to playing nuances, whether fingerpicking or picking, and excels in the blues, jazz-funk, vintage rock and modern country Registers.
