The Wireless GO II SINGLE consists of a transmitter module and a receiver module.

A microphone perfectly suited for voice transmission is already integrated in the transmission module. The receiver module has a 3.5mm TRS analog output for cameras and a USB-C digital output for Mac / PC, smartphone and iPhone. The use is very simple. To use it, simply turn on the two modules, which connect automatically. The signal quality, both analog and digital, is of the highest level: crystal clear and immediately diffusable. The transmitter and receiver have an internal battery that lasts at least four hours. The Wireless GO II system has a range of 200 (!) Meters in an unobstructed line of sight. The delivery includes a short 3.5mm TRS cable, 2 fur windscreens, two USB-C to USB-A cables as well as a neoprene carrying bag. The TX transmitter module The small 4x4 cm transmitter module has a clip on the back that allows it to be easily attached to clothing, preferably on the collar or the lapel. If the module is too visible in the image, you can use the 3.5 mm TRS side socket and connect an external microphone, for example the Lavalier GO. If desired, the audio signal can also be recorded directly in the transmission module. For this on-board recording function, the module has a memory chip that is sufficient for more than 40 hours of sound. For outdoor recordings, it is advisable to use the supplied fur windscreen. It is easily attached to the emission module thanks to its bayonet closure. The RX receiver module The receiver module is easily attached to the camera's flash shoe. The supplied TRS cable connects the module to the microphone input of the camera. The signal can also be transmitted digitally to a computer or to an Android or iOS device via a suitable USB cable. For the latter, RØDE SC15 or SC16 cables are suitable. The two buttons on the front allow you to select the output mode, mute the transmitter module and reduce the output level by 12 dB or 24 dB. The LCD screen displays the output mode, the level as well as the state of charge of the receiver and the transmitter.

If necessary, it is also possible to activate the Safety mode in the receiving module, which allows the signal to be emitted at full level (TRS tip) or with a reduction of 20 dB (TRS ring). If a louder than expected sound source causes audible distortion on the main track, just use the weaker, non-distorted safety track when post-processing at that location. Compatible with RØDE Central and RØDE Connect The free RØDE Central software allows you to update the firmware, expand functions and make special settings on the Wireless GO II SINGLE. RØDE Connect is an amazing and very easy to use podcasting / streaming software, also free.
