The Accordion is a complex instrument whose delicate mechanics require specific expertise. Our specialized workshop takes care of the maintenance, repair and tuning of all your accordions, whatever their age or provenance.
Our aim: to restore your instrument to its optimal sound, responsiveness and playing comfort. Whether you're an amateur musician, folklorist or professional, we tailor our interventions to your needs and your musical practice.
Ludovic Gauvin, holder of the BMA Technicien en Facture Instrumentale Accordions and Course Master at ITEMM (France), has recognized expertise in accordion repair and tuning. Trainer of the accordion section at ITEMM (Institut Technologique Européen des Métiers de la Musique), he has devoted 25 years of his career to accordion making, in France and Italy. His career path? He began with the clarinet as a child, then switched to the accordion, which quickly became his true passion. Today, he's training the next generation of makers at ITEMM, while keeping his hands dirty. This double hat - musician and craftsman - gives him a complete vision of the instrument that few professionals possess.

The founder of Boullard Musique, Alain Boullard, is himself an accomplished accordionist, renowned throughout Switzerland. This passion for the Accordion has been part of our store's DNA since 1979. The Accordion workshop was a matter of course right from the start.

An accordion that's never played gets damaged faster than one that's regularly used. The natural ventilation of the bellows and the movement of the mechanical parts help to preserve the instrument. Regular playing is the best maintenance!
