Drum legend Dennis Chambers took this to heart when she envisioned the transformation of the sound of his snare drum.

Dennis designed his new Signature Snare for sonic evolution.

Using the multi-lug design of its previous model, it uses 10 points of adjustment on the punch head and eight at the bottom for high-end tonal focus. Returning to the 4-ply maple shell with 4-ply Re-Ring of its original Signature model (this time in a matte black lacquer finish for visual versatility), it features a solid, searing, articulate sound that fits well into n Any playing field. The real difference comes from its SR-300 Philharmonic Strainer which features three individually adjustable 6-part snares. Each can be engaged or disengaged to further sculpt the sound of the drum. The reliable and durable Pearl Mastercast die-cast hoops also add weight for increased projection.
