Collings DS2H, 12-Fret Slope Shoulder Dreadnought

This is the original 12-fret dreadnought shape.
Designed to last, manufactured in the most handcrafted way possible, Collings has retained the shape and wide neck with split headstock of that bygone era, the DS models are thoroughly modern guitars with a unique sound all their own.

The longer body, with the bridge closer to the center of the lower body, the famous "Drooping Shoulders" offers an open, airy sound with a sweetness and warmth not usually found on modern 14-fret dreadnoughts.
Whether played in flatpick or fingerstyle, these guitars have plenty of room to maneuver, and their wide dynamic range makes them equally at home playing smooth accompaniments or biting leads.
