The DF-8 is much more than just a double filter. It's a complete sound creation tool, featuring two white noise sources, a sample-and-hold modulation source with adjustable sweep speed, and a saturated PT2399 delay with modulation. It offers great sonic versatility, capable of producing everything from subtle ambiences to total sonic chaos.

Like all CPM modules, the CPM DF-8 is designed for portability and flexibility. The unique design of the Stylophones case, with its lateral ribs, allows multiple CPM modules to be assembled for stability comparable to that of a large modular system, and facilitates their insertion into a Eurorack rack.
