Extended compatibility with DJ devices and applications
In addition to being able to play tracks from USB keys, you can mix by connecting the XDJ-AZ to your PC/Mac or mobile device. And, if you want to express your individuality even more, you can play music from external devices like turntables or samplers. The device features a USB C port for PC/Mac, so you can use rekordbox for Mac/Windows in Performance mode or Serato DJ Pro without the need for a subscription. And if you use the Wi-Fi® connection for rekordbox Link Export, you can easily access tracks from your PC/Mac or mobile device without the need to connect cables.*
* You can use Link Export in rekordbox for Mac/Windows or rekordbox for iOS/Android. Link Export in rekordbox for Android is not compatible with wired connections.

Select your tracks and control your mix seamlessly thanks to the large touchscreen.
The XDJ-AZ's 10.1-inch capacitive touchscreen not only provides you with more visual information, but also lets you control everything more easily. You can display up to 13 songs at a time - far more than the 8 offered by the XDJ-XZ - giving you a broader view of your music, and finding your tracks even faster. Among the controller's other advanced functions, Playlist Bank lets you save up to 4 playlists for quick access, Touch Preview gives a preview of the tracks in a playlist without needing to load them, and Touch Cue lets you view the sequence of tracks currently playing on the turntable. All these functions make track selection extremely fast and fluid. And as you also have the option of simultaneously displaying the parameters of the selected Performance Pads and Beat FX, you can instantly see all the information you need to play.

Stand-alone playback on 4 decks: Mix your way
Whether you want to add more sounds to your mix, create live mash-ups, ping-pong with another Dj or line up more tracks so you can launch them at the perfect moment, the XDJ-AZ's 4-deck playback lets you mix any way you want. You can also integrate CDJs perfectly into your setup, so there's no need to switch between decks. And because the controller is compatible with PRO DJ LINK™, Rhythm and On-Air information are synchronized between players to give you total control.

Ultra-low-latency wireless headphone control with SonicLink-compatible DJ headphones
Thanks to the built-in SonicLink transmitter, you can enjoy ultra-low-latency wireless control with HDJ-F10 professional DJ headphones. Simply press a button to pair the XDJ-AZ with the headphones, and then you can move freely around the DJ booth or stage without the risk of getting tangled up in cables. SonicLink is AlphaTheta's exclusive ultra-low latency wireless technology, which transmits audio 20 times faster than the commonly used Bluetooth® SBC codec. You'll never notice the slightest delay between pressing a button or scratching a jog and hearing the corresponding sound.
*The XDJ-AZ does not support wireless connection with the WAVE-EIGHT portable wireless DJ speaker.

Professional-quality sound, ready for clubs
If you were already familiar with the XDJ-XZ, you'll notice that the XDJ-AZ brings several improvements. By incorporating a 32-bit D/A converter from ESS Technology, the audio has been considerably enriched to create a clear, dynamic sound capable of igniting large clubs and venues.
