Dingwall revolutionized the world of basses by becoming the first luthier to truly develop the Scale length.
The principle is simple: use the ideal Scale length for each string to achieve the best possible tension and definition.
Bassist Lee Sklar (known for his countless studio recordings with the biggest names in music, as well as his long collaboration with the band Toto and Phil Collins) was one of the first Dingwall enthusiasts over 10 years ago. A signature model is also available. The NG3 model presented here is particularly interesting. Its high-performance electronics and three pickups glued together and positioned towards the bridge provide a full, smooth and perfectly defined sound, complemented by a rotary pickup selector that proves particularly intuitive. A playability that may seem confusing at first, but all users agree that you adapt very quickly. You'll rediscover the pleasure of playing. The NG3 featured here is the signature model of Adam "Nolly" Getgood, bassist with the band Periphery.
