In 1996, Line 6 created the AxSys 212 which was the first digital amplifier.

In 2014 Line 6 joined the Yamaha group to create the Yamaha Guitar branch afterwards. In 2015, the brand launched the Helix range, incorporating a new processor for guitar and thus offering a series of high-performance multi-effects pedals with authentic sound reproduction.
