A powerful 15-inch active speaker

The Electro-Voice EKX-15P features a 15-inch Speaker combined with a 1-inch titanium compression driver. Its Class-D Amplifier delivers up to 1500 W, enabling a maximum sound pressure level of around 134 dB. This configuration ensures dynamic sound reproduction with more present bass than a 12-inch model, ideal for musical performances without a subwoofer or as a complement to a subwoofer.

Intuitive QuickSmart DSP

The speaker features QuickSmart DSP with LCD display and simplified control via a single encoder. It offers several presets (Music, Live, Speech, Club), an equalizer and filters to quickly adapt the sound to each situation. This system enables fast, efficient optimization, even in live conditions.

Precise broadcasting with SST technology

Thanks to the SST (Signal Synchronized Transducers) horn, the EKX-15P offers 90° x 60° dispersion, ensuring even coverage and excellent intelligibility. This technology enables sound to be projected coherently, even in medium to large spaces.

Full connectivity

The speaker features two XLR/jack combo inputs, a stereo RCA input and an XLR link output. This connectivity makes it easy to connect different audio sources and chain multiple speakers to create a complete system.

The 15mm wooden cabinet with EVCoat finish ensures excellent shock resistance and enhanced acoustic quality. The speaker also incorporates an intelligent thermal management system with variable-speed fan, guaranteeing stable performance even under intensive use.
