The Electro-Voice ZLX-12P-G2 is an active loudspeaker designed by the Electro-Voice brand to deliver a powerful, versatile and easy-to-use sound system.
This second generation of the ZLX Series combines high-performance amplification, advanced DSP and modern connectivity to meet the needs of DJs, musicians and event providers.
A powerful, balanced active speaker
The Electro-Voice ZLX-12P-G2 features a 12-inch Speaker combined with a 1.4-inch titanium compression driver. Its Class-D Amplifier delivers up to 1000 W of power, enabling a maximum sound pressure level of around 127 dB. This configuration ensures clear, dynamic sound reproduction with a frequency response of around 48 Hz to 20 kHz, ideal for live music, DJ sets or conferences.
Advanced DSP and integrated digital mixer
The speaker incorporates a DSP processor powered by Dynacord technology with a true 3-channel digital mixer. It features several sound modes (Music, Live, Speech, Club or Flat), an equalizer, high-pass filters and integrated effects such as reverb, delay or chorus. These settings make it easy to adapt the sound to the type of event or acoustic environment.
Bluetooth and control via app
The ZLX-12P-G2 offers Bluetooth connectivity to stream music wirelessly from a smartphone, tablet or computer. It can also be controlled remotely via the QuickSmart Mobile app, allowing audio parameters, mixing and presets to be adjusted directly from a mobile device.
Rugged, portable design
Designed for mobile use, the speaker features a robust polypropylene cabinet with protective metal Chord chart. It incorporates a standard 35 mm speaker stand base, and can also be used as a stage monitor thanks to its angled design. Weighing just 14.8 kg, it is easy to transport for mobile use.
