On April 29, 2016, Tony Royster Jr and Thomas Lang offered Boullard Musique friends and clients one of the “best drum workshops of the year”. The drums workshop which was to last 1h30 minutes has indeed lasted more than 2h45 for our greatest pleasure. Tony and Thomas ended with a “drum battle” that we will remember for a long time. The virtuoso and little protégé of Dennis Chambers has since accompanied Jay-Z, Joe Jonas, Hikaru Utada and Big Sean. He also performed at the 42nd Grammy Awards at the age of 15 as well as at President Barack Obama’s inaugural ball in 2009 with American rap artist Jay-Z Thomas Lang: founding member of the progressive metal trio stOrk, Thomas Lang has accompanied artists such as Tina Turner, Robbie Williams or Peter Gabriel during his great career (the list is still long …)! More than a Drummer Thomas Lang is also very generous, he will not fail to explain some techniques to which he has the secret!
