The Modern Deluxe series is the culmination of nearly 190 years of experience, history and innovation.

The best woods and the best traditional know-how are associated with the latest materials and technologies, such as a titanium reinforcement, "Liquid Metal" pegs, a carbon fiber composite trigger guard and a table and reinforcements processed by the Vintage Tone System (VTS).

To make these guitars stand out from the crowd, they feature a 1930s-style mother-of-pearl logo on the head, gold frets and flame maple bindings. The new, asymmetrical profile of the Vintage Deluxe neck makes this guitar so comfortable that you could play it all day. This model combines vintage purism with modern technology hidden "under the hood". Apart from the inlaid Martin logo and the flame maple binding, this guitar hides the fact that it is a Modern Deluxe model quite well in order to keep the "Vintage" character of this Parlor. The openwork head, the pyramid-like easel and the Herringbone inlay around the table evoke memories of a distant time. But the biggest vintage feature of this guitar is the neck junction at the 12th fret. With the neck and body junction exactly in the middle of the vibrating string, this guitar has such a special sound that many guitarists readily accept that access to the higher frets is more limited.
