The Boss BC-1X Multiband Compressor is transparent and easy to use.
The compressor is the weapon of the bassist who wishes to remain present in the mix.
Weak signals and those that are too high are brought to the same level for a more consistent game. The slap rendering becomes more natural, the "rotating bass" effect that appears after an hour of playing in the rehearsal rooms disappears. An essential pedal !!
