Take a musical trip back to the mid-'60s with the Fender Custom Shop 1965 Jazz Bass® Journeyman Relic®.
This bass guitar faithfully reproduces the look, feel and sound of a beloved '60s Jazz Bass.
The selected two-piece alder body is coated with a nitrocellulose lacquer that gives it the aged, worn look of a vintage instrument. The finish is skillfully reproduced to mimic years of light wear, with scratches, discolorations and scuffs that tell the story of the bass. The quarter-sawn maple neck features a comfortable 1960 "U" profile, and Custom Shop Hand-Wound Jazz Bass® pickups capture the quintessential Jazz Bass® tone.
Other high-end features include a 3A rosewood fingerboard, 184.1 mm radius, 20 Vintage Medium frets (47095), Jazz Bass® 64 wiring, mint green 3-ply Pickguard, Vintage 4-saddle bridge, Vintage tuners, bone saddle, Vintage Disc stringing, deluxe case, strap and certificate of authenticity.
