The iRig PRO is the ideal solution for turning your portable iPod, iPhone, iPad, and Mac devices into a real home studio.
Specification
The iRIg PRO is indeed an audio and MIDI interface for iOS devices but also for ASIO devices, such MAC computers. The iRig PRO accepts almost all types of MIDI and audio inputs, and audio and MIDI can be used simultaneously. You can connect a condenser microphone, high impedance instruments (bass, guitar, etc.), a line level source as well as keyboards, pads or MIDI controllers.
The interface has an XLR / 6.35mm jack combo audio input, a microphone / instrument preamp with dedicated gain control, a 48V phantom power supply (which is powered by a single 9V battery) in the iRig PRO box), a 24-bit converter, a 5-pin MIDI input and you will find on the interface LED status indicators for input level and clip.
The interface is powered by your iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad and Mac via USB and a 9V battery is included for phantom power. The iRig PRO comes with three iOS Lighting, 30 pin and USB cables as well as a standard MIDI cable.
The iRig Pro is accompanied by a bundle of apps for iOS, as well as for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch (to download from the App store) AmpliTube FREE including 4 gear models (Metal W, Metal 150 amps, Wharmonator and X- Flanger stomp effects). VocaLive FREE, SampleTank FREE, iGrand Piano FREE.
In addition, you will have for MAC the free versions of Amplitube Metal, a complete version of T-Racks CS Classic (including a compressor, a multiband limiter, a clipper, a parametric EQ and a visualization software, usable from a software or as plug-ins) and a full version of Sampletank XT.
