The aFrame's diamond shape helps produce varying tones - it all depends on where you hit it. The aFrame can be held with the hands like a frame drum, placed on a stand, or held with a strap. You can play it as you like.
For a cable-free experience, you can use batteries.
Sounds can be created using on-board acoustic and electronic sounds, and enhanced with internal high-definition stereo effects. Up to 80 user-defined sounds can be saved in the built-in memory.
