In addition to the full range of functions and controls normally reserved for high-end studio equipment, such as input metering and gain reduction, independent attack and release controls, a mixer knob For parallel compression and an external sidechain insert, the Empress Compressor MKII adds a "tilt" tone EQ control and a selectable sidechain high pass filter built into the compressor sense circuit.
Finally, the set has been cut in half and is available in two stylish colors.
