The Giygas is a powerful fuzz with enough options to enhance any sound in any genre of music and band.
The 3-transistor fuzz circuit is rich in overtones and full of creamy sustain when pushed.
The signal then arrives at the clear JFET circuit without any harmonic distortion. After mixing the 2 circuits, the signal arrives at 2 stages of cascade equalization, the first being a boost / cut of medium at 900Hz to ± 10dB, the second of tilt type which simultaneously boost / cut the frequencies above and below 900Hz up to ± 10dB. Bassists can activate an internal selector that refocuses the mids and EQ to 250Hz.
