The British Pedal Company Dumble ® Blackface brings the sound to the 80s / 90s.
The circuit has a carefully selected optical amplifier, but it is designed to produce a more midrange, more dynamic and harmonically complex sound, which also exhibits the characteristic hiss of the note and seems to swell as it progresses.
and as the note lengthens. The pedal offers low to medium gain in its normal setting and can be carefully structured using the "Dynamic" control. Increasing this control increases gain, bite, and touch sensitivity. Engaging the gain switch adds more fat and gain to the sound.
