You can use your loop directly in Propellerhead Reason, Steinberg Cubase VST or any other software that supports REX2 files.
Specification
If you are using a sampler, ReCycle creates a soundbank containing the samples / slices, and sends it to your sampler. ReCycle then generates a MIDI file based on the timing of the original groove. If you import this MIDI file into your sequencer, it will trigger the slices in your sampler, playing the starting groove.
