The tweeters use TAD's convex diffusers to deliver a panoramic sound in the high frequencies
The 1-inch soft dome tweeters feature convex diffusers using DECO technology from TAD Labs famous TAD Pro TSM-2201-LR monitor speakers, which can be found in professional studios around the world. The diffusers enhance the directionality of the high frequencies - left, right and upwards - to ensure an extended sweet spot and 3D stereo sound.
The aramid fiber woofers and the bass reflex system on the front ensure a rich and powerful bass
The S-DJ X series has been designed to deliver robust bass and a crisp, punchy kick drum sound at any volume. Bass exits from the front of the speaker rather than the rear, while the very rigid bass conduits feature grooves that reduce air friction and thus ensure a powerful and smooth sound. The woofers are made with aramid fibers and large aperture magnets, and are mounted directly onto thick MDF cabinets, for optimal damping and very good reduction of unnecessary resonance.
Specially designed Class AB bi-amplifiers provide the balance necessary for precise control
The S-DJ X series offers a well-balanced response on all frequencies, thanks to specially designed Class AB bi-amplifiers, for the tweeter and woofer parts, which ensure perfect clarity with low distortion and no loss of quality .
Automatic standby and on saves you having to search for buttons behind the speaker
The speakers go into standby mode if there is no signal for 25 minutes, and turn back on as soon as an input signal is detected. So you don't need to have to look for the ON / OFF button on the back of the speaker.

Designed to offer maximum comfort to DJs, the new speakers present a whole range of functions for more flexibility:
Input range: DJs can choose between a balanced XLR and TRS jack input, and an unbalanced RCA input.
High Frequency Control: DJs can adjust treble levels (-2dB / -1dB / 0dB / + 1dB) to best suit their needs and environment.
Power light: An arc light shows you when the speaker is on.
